  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email Help@supplydeals.shop with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or faulty)

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Return Shipping
